Cartoon Angel Step 1:

 

Draw both a circle and a bell-shape. Make sure to draw the circle toward the upper point of the bell. The circle will serve as the head of the cartoon angel, and the bell will serve as his body.

 

 

Cartoon Angel Step 2:

 

First, add the wing shapes to each side. Keep them basic for now, we will touch them up later. As for the angel cartoon body, draw the indents and erase the sections shown (gray).

 

 

 

Cartoon Angel Step 3:

 

Draw the indents in the wings and erase the sections marked in gray. After that, draw two ovals on the center of the circle, with the tops touching the top of the bell. These ovals will serve as the eyes on this cartoon angel picture.

 

 

Cartoon Angel Step 4:

 

Draw a horizontal oval above the angel's head. Next, add circles for the ears and put circles inside of the eyes. Then, draw two circular shapes to make the cartoon angel hair, and make sure the shape on the right is bigger than the shape on the left.

 

 

Cartoon Angel Step 5:

 

Draw the arms in like big golf club heads facing in on one another. Then draw the hands by making two ovals that slant in toward each other.
